HELP!!!!! I resubscribed to my QB Desktop 2022, but it still wont let me get in to the desktop. I never got an email confirmation either. So I tried again today, same thing. It tells me my subscription has lapsed.
What to do??????? I need to get invoices out!
I appreciate you for adding your first post, @twalport. Thank you for resubscribing to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2022. I can share some troubleshooting steps to get passed the error you're getting so you can start tracking your invoices.
To start, I recommend updating your payment details for your subscription in your Customer Account Management (CAMPs) portal to fix the error and modify your billing information.
From there, you can also check the status of your license or subscription.

Once fixed, you're now ready to process your invoices and other customer entries.

Login to your CAMPS and check your license status there. If your license status is "Active", consider to reinstall your program.
