I appreciate you for adding your first post, @twalport. Thank you for resubscribing to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2022. I can share some troubleshooting steps to get passed the error you're getting so you can start tracking your invoices.
To start, I recommend updating your payment details for your subscription in your Customer Account Management (CAMPs) portal to fix the error and modify your billing information.
- Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) as an admin user.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
- Select details next to your QuickBooks Product.
- Tap on Edit next to your Payment Method.
- Update your payment info, then click Save and Close.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Help menu and hover over Manage My License.
- Click Sync License Data Online.
From there, you can also check the status of your license or subscription.
If it's active and you still see the error, install the QuickBooks update to get the latest features and fixes. You can also check out the solutions from this article to narrow down the result: Fix subscription has lapsed error in QuickBooks Desktop.
