Join nowI opened a new bank acct and every time I try to get into it I get "QB Products and Services" box advertisement. Every time I click the X close button it goes away but pops back when I try to click into my acct. The only way I am able to get into the new acct is by going in through the chart of accts and clicking it to open.
How do I get this advertisement to go away and not be there when I try to go in from the shortcut icon bar?

I already had the "turn of popup messages for products & services" button in preferences checked before I created my new account. Instead of my bank register coming up when I click on it, only the advertisement comes up. Like, my check register is not behind it, it appears like it IS the register.

After doing all recommended it did not clear the advertisement coming up instead of the register. So I deleted that new one and started from beginning opening a new one to see if that would work after ToolHub and everything else.
It worked but now from my quick access icon bar instead of going directly to the opened register, the "Use Register" box pops up first and I have to click the dropdown menu then select the account. How can I make it open directly to the register like the other accounts on the bar?

Thanks for stopping by in the Community. I went ahead and checked some settings and there isn't a setting for that message to be removed because you have multiple banks. Therefore, it will ask you to choose one each time.
