My client moved from QBDesktop Premier to QBO Basic (before I got them). They've been on QBO Basic for 4 months and are not happy. We want to move them to QBO Advanced. Is it best to redo the transition from QBD to QBO Advanced? Then is there a way to get the four months of transactions from Basic into Advanced? Thanks!

Thanks but I have another question. Why can't we take the previous QBDesktop file and transition it to QBO Advanced? We would be four months out of date with transactions, but is there no way to export those transactions and import them into the QBO Advanced file? Thank you!
