Good Morning,
Its not my pop up blocker because it is only doing it with Invoices and Estimates. It comes up correctly for credits, checks, bills, etc. So I am assuming that it is an issue with the coding on your end. It was working fine Saturday and just started Monday which is another clue that it isn't within my system as I didn't make any changes over the weekend.
Good day, Renee.

Same thing is happening to me. Online tech support couldn't help me. 45 min and still nothing.
clicking the help and reset data didn't help either. So, i don't understand how customer service or tech support cannot help me with their own software.
The cheer was a mistake, nothing to cheer about, if only those instructions would help. Then I can cheer! for now, I'm just mind blown, because - there's no help in this topic.
This just started happening for me as well. Only when I click on the "print and download" button. For example, when doing that to print or download an Invoice.
It will still open a new tab inside QuickBooks Online Desktop... but, annoying. Something changed in the last week or two.

I'm having the same problem . . there is absolutely no doubt it's caused by the latest update to QBO because that's when the problem started! It has nothing to do with popup blockers on my browser, unless the Quicken coders made QBO susceptible to same. Fix it!

This issue has nothing to do with Pop-up ads. You can't print and invoice or an estimate without an error coming up. Instead of bringing up a new window, the system now opens up a whole new tab everytime you want to print. This is a recent phenomenon, and it started the week of Thanksgiving, I am in agreement that this is due to an update or a coding that someone did on Quickbooks end, not due to operator error on our end. I have attached the error.
Excuse me but, I was on the phone yesterday for about 45 min to an hour with a tech who tried troubleshooting the issue with no success - it doesn't have anything to do with any browser. it is within the program itself. My suggestion is to stop trying to add unnecessaries within the program for us to update because it just makes things worse for everyone.

I sometimes feel like the messages aren't being read. I specifically specified that Talking to an "Expert" is a waste of time. 45 Minutes to an Hour with a "Specialized tech" did not solve the issue. So "REACHING OUT TO AN EXPERT IS A WSTEB OF TIME! He could not figure out as to why this was happening. What the "experts need to do is FIX the issue". I can testify that every single Update you all come up with just Makes things worse. This has been an ongoing problem for us QB users. We complain and no one does anything about it. It is completely upsetting, annoying and disrupts our everyday work flo.
writing during an upset episode causes TYPO's - excuse those but im sure you get the point.
