I keep getting a privacy error. Has anyone experienced this?
Is it only when using Chrome?
Hi there, @Paola123. I want to start by expressing my sincere empathy for the inconvenience you have experienced due to the error message you encountered while using QuickBooks Online. I understand that delays and technical issues can be frustrating, especially when they disrupt your workflow and take up valuable time. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you and ensure that we resolve the error message promptly, so you can continue running your business smoothly.
To start off, a “your connection is not private” error means that your browser is unable to confirm if a website has proper encryption measures to safeguard your device and data. This error can occur on any internet-connected device, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet. That being said, we can add Intuit as a trusted site in your browser so it won't prevent or block us from visiting the site.
To ensure the optimal and secure usage of QuickBooks Online, it is important to utilize a supported and current web browser.
Since you're using Chrome, please follow these steps:
Additionally, Intuit is dedicated to safeguarding your information through the use of advanced security tools and systems, just as your customers and employees trust you with their data. Our goal is to ensure the security of your account by verifying your identity: Verify your Intuit Account with multi-factor authentication or two-step verification.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing you with the support you need. If you have any further questions or concerns with regard to accessing QuickBooks sites, please don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your business and look forward to resolving this issue for you.

Is it correct?
Try opening your QBO account on incognito browser.
Thank you for your prompt response and for adding screenshots, and allow me to assist you more, @Paola123.
You can remove the asterisk (*) to add Intuit as a trusted site. Your input will look like this: intuit.com or qbo.intuit.com or http//qbo.intuit.com. What the asterisk means in a browser setting is a required field. Take a look at my screenshot below:
If it still doesn't work, you can follow Fiat Lux - ASIA's suggestion to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using an incognito or private browsing mode. Experiencing this kind of issue in QuickBooks is typically the result of outdated internet files cached in your web browser. By doing this, we can see if it's browser-related.
You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
Once logged in, check the QBO to verify if it's already there. If it works, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache. Doing this can help the browser to run up to its optimum performance while running online applications and services like QBO.
Alternatively, you can run QBO on other supported browsers like Mozilla Firefox and the latest versions of Microsoft Edge.
In addition, the following articles below may come in handy while navigating QBO to learn about special tools for accountant users and other related matters since you're tagging your post as QuickBooks Online Accountant:
Please let us know if you need more assistance accessing QBO on a browser. We're always here to help. Stay safe and well, Paola.
