Join nowI manage a very small (41 homeowners) property owners association. Have used Quickbooks 2014 without issue all these years. Now, all of a sudden, choosing just about ANY action after signing on causes program to shutdown completely. I can't even get into online help.
Problem began with inability to print invoices with complete line item descriptions, but now can't even prepare an invoice. Help !!

I'd also like to add, after May 31, 2020, access to services will be discontinued for QuickBooks Desktop for Windows 2017 and older. This includes all versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solutions 2017. In other words, you'll not be able to subscribe to live technical support or any of the other Intuit services that can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop. Your access to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services, Live Support, Online Backup, Online Banking, and other services through QuickBooks Desktop 2017 or older software will be discontinued after May 31, 2020. This also means you'll no longer receive critical security updates starting June 1, 2020. This explains why you don't see the option for online help.
