Buy nowHi, all.
I've upgraded my company's QB Desktop Enterprise Gold to Platinum, but the features that come with Platinum are not available.
First, I checked Help -> About to see what version I am using.
My version is Enterprise 24 with the updated product number(newly given to me after upgrading).
The subscription features that I can check with Admin account shows the Gold features, which was already expired after upgrading the plan. Camps.intuit.com says my Platinum license is active and Gold was expired.
What I tried were
1. Waited until the original plan(Gold)'s expiration date(which was 4/4)
2. Changed(updated) the product code(from Gold to Platinum)
Is there any solution to this?
Try to reinstall your QB Desktop program by using the new product number.
We appreciate you finding a solution to why you can't use the Platinum features, GENUSER. Let's work together so you can enjoy the updated property that comes with your upgraded plan.
There is a possibility that the features that come with the Platinum subscription did not sync in yet to your account. It must be the reason why it stays as if you're still on the Gold plan.
This said, let's refresh your QuickBooks properties by signing out and logging in again with your account.
Here's how:
If the features are yet to be updated, please try closing and then re-open QuickBooks. However, if the issue persists, try uninstalling and then re-installing your QuickBooks.

I too updated to Quickbook Ent Gold, which should give me access to Enhanced Payroll but I still seem to only have access to my old Standard payroll subscription, which expires in a couple of weeks....I keep getting messages that my payroll will expire May 29 even though my Enterprise Gold subscription runs thru 2025.. any ideas??
It's good to have you on this thread, Mark. I can provide some resolution so you can use the updated feature of your Enhanced Payroll service in QuickBooks Enterprise.
Your QuickBooks Enterprise comes with the Enhanced Payroll service. Its activation process would depend on where you've purchased the product. In this case, let's follow the steps below depending on where you've bought the subscription.
If you've purchased directly from Intuit via phone or online, you'll receive a 16-digit service key through email. Kindly check your email and enter the key into QuickBooks for activation. Here's how:
Conversely, if you've purchased the product from a retail store, you can find your license and product info on a yellow sticker on the CD folder inside the box. Follow these steps to activate it:

Hi there, Mark. Ensuring you get your payroll service key is my topmost priority in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
I agree with SIAB that logging in to CAMPs shows all your registered apps, whether it displays your license information or downloads any versions. These details include your payroll service key, EIN, subscription number, and other payroll subscription details.
