We noticed they redesigned the website and remove the button to purchase the one time license of QBD Pro/Premier directly. You may still purchase the one time license thru a partner/reseller. Make sure they promised you to give the unregistered license code and activation code. Contact us in private if you need help.

I purchased the Desktop Pro 2021 then upgraded to 2022. Then I had to start paying a terrible amount to keep using. I only invoice 1 or 2 times a month and only 1 or 2 payments a month. I don't need anything vast or expensive. What can I do just to get the plain old desktop version?

I understand how important money is in running a business. I'll make sure you can get the old desktop version as soon as possible.
You have the opportunity to downgrade your QuickBooks Desktop to save money since you only process invoices twice a month. To do this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the appropriate tools to downgrade your account in a safe place. Also, help you with what steps you need to take after downgrading.

Who is "them"? Why did you upgrade your file to QBD 2022? Can you login to CAMPS as Primary Admin to check your license status?

I'm here to assist you in reaching your goals in QuickBooks. However, I need more details about your concern. I'd like to know where did you have an invoice that you couldnt pay?. I appreciate any extra information you can give, and it will help us isolate the issue and provide the best solution.
In the meantime, as mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA, login to CAMPS as the primary admin. This way, you can review your subscription and do the necessary update if needed.
