Good Morning, I tried to login for the past 30 minutes but received "504 Gateway Time-Out" .
Is there a phone number or a website where Quickbooks post status update? Or where can we report the outage to Quickbooks?
What is the number to call if we cannot login to our account?
I am having the same issues. I just thought it was because I had a new computer. I tried clearing my history/cookies, restarting my computer and have had no luck.
I am having same issue in NJ. Does anyone have any idea when this will be fixed?

same issue here, I think we are seeing a pattern here. it's not cool to have this to start out 2020 when we are all trying to close 2019. I can't get any help because it asked me to log in if using QBO but I can't get past 502 and 504 error messages.
Now whenever I tried to login, QB redirects me back to Sign In screen.

The mobile app worked for me but who closes the month on mobile app?!? We need QBO up especially it's sales pitch is that it's always up ????? Until we really need it for year-end then let's sit around for help.
We are having the same issue. Bad Gateway and Gateway Time Out errors. It is very frustrating that we are required to login to submit a help request, yet we cannot login, and there is no phone number for customer support, and we have received no notification from QBO that there are issues. The discontinuation of phone support is leading my company to consider switchin to a different provider.

Same here in TN. We tried calling and the wait time is over an hour - that's after you get through all the automated prompts. Reboot doesn't help. Still getting the error.
We are having the very same issue in Atlanta, GA, and it is NOT a problem on our end. Clearly, this is an Intuit issue. So, when will there be a resolution? We are in the middle of quarter-end and year-end. Therefore, this is a very serious interruption to our business. Pro-rata refund is in order.
i was able to get around this by installing the windows app of qbooks then going to HELP, reset app data
was the able to login to my account with all things ready to go.
It seems I've found a work around. Go to the bottom of the support page where is says need to get in touch? It will redirect you to a log-in, and try logging in with your credentials. it worked for me.

I'm having the same issues loggin in here in Philadelphia. Very frustrating...and why doesn't Quickbooks act like the large company they are and send us outage notices????? Or at least post them on the website?
You should at least be posting a notice on your website or even better - sending emails or texts to clients about the outage. All our other software vendors do that when there is an issue.

Same issues here in Boston. Pretty infuriating considering something similar also happened last month.
Same issue, here in TN. Beyond frustrated that there hasn't been an email to inform or update us!
You need to send out a notification for stuff like this. What a shame that Intuit is this size of an organization and your service is this poor. Shame on whoever is responsible for this.
