Hi,
Please see screenshot. The 2nd line in every entry in every account list is blacked out. I can view it if I click on it but I would just rather it be visible. Any ideas why this is like this and how to fix? I'm using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020 and it is up-to-date.

Thanks! That did the trick. How odd that the default color was black.
This is great information. However, are we supposed to do this to EVERY account this happens to? I'll be honest I haven't paid attention to the account when it does happen, I've just closed QBDT and reopened and that did the trick. I have been having this issue for years, literally, and no one had an answer as to why this was happening. Intuit should have a real fix for all the accounts.
Thanks,
D.
I see that every company has a definite need, Whoadeb.
I understand how convenient it is to modify and add distinct colors to each of your accounts. However, the ability to change them in batch is unavailable in the program. You can manually change this display in every account this happens to as this will allow you to select different schemes for each account.
