All of a sudden, when selecting "Save and Close", it is saving my work, but not closing the page. I've seen this question asked on here and tried the solutions, but still not working. I usually use Chrome, but opened my QBO in FireFox and still have the same problem.

I guess I entered the question on the wrong line.
The problem is this: Now when I click "Save and Close", it saves the work, but doesn't close the screen. It always has in the past, but not now.

Clearly if multiple people are having the same issue, there's a problem on your end. It's not everyone else's cache causing the issue.

We’ll have to determine the cause of why your screen (QBO) doesn’t close when selecting the Save and close option. It requires us to gather personal data to open an account. For safety purposes, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team.
