In QBO multiple Invoices (or SalesReceipts or Refunds) can be printed in one step by selecting them, clicking Batch Actions, and selecting Print Transactions. When ReceivePayments are selected this process does not work as Print Transactions (in Batch Actions) is grayed out.
How can I print multiple ReceivePayments in one step?
Hello, njpm15-yahoo-com.
I'm here to ensure you'll be able to print a batch of received payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I appreciate you for providing detailed information about your concern with printing the batch of received payments.
Printing batch of receive payments in QBO is accessible by selecting transactions first and clicking Batch Actions. This way, Print Transactions is clickable. If this didn't work, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the issue persists, use another supported browser as an alternative.
You can also check this article for reference if you want to deposit payments in QuickBooks.
Stay in touch if you have any other questions or concerns in printing issues. I’ll be right here to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of the day.
As demonstrated by screenshots in attached file, Print transactions is clickable when SalesReceipts are selected. However, Print transactions not clickable when PaymentS are selected.
Problem persists in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox in incognito and after clearing Cache.
