I want to ensure this is taken care of, @bookings4.
Since you can't enter credit card expiration dates, try signing out and logging back into your account.
If the same thing happens, let's try accessing your account in an incognito window. It's the best place to identify web issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
If you're able to enter the credit card expiration dates, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. We advise customers to clear them out periodically to prevent and fix web issues. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.
I've added these links on how to manage your payment and to print recent receipts in QBO. Please check these articles:

I did not mention that the CC expiration date and year are for the clients cards... They have given me their card info to pay for a job.
Let's make sure that you'll be able to enter your clients' credit card expiration date, bookings4.
You'll want to open your client's profile and add their credit card information from there. Before you start, connect your payment account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This way, your client can pay their invoice online. Here's how:
In your QBO account:
Please check this article for more information: Connect your QuickBooks Payments account to QuickBooks Online.
After that, you can now add your clients' credit card expiration date to their profile. You can refer to these steps below.

Thank you for the info. I will try this out later this week when I have another credit card to proccess.
Any specific concern?
It seems to be working now. I don't have anymore cards to process as we are limited do to Covid. I did clear all of the cashe files and the cookies from the browser and it seems to be working as of now. Will follow up next week after the holidays
We have a customer attempting to pay her invoice and said the same thing. It lets her enter all of her information and then does not even offer her a place to put the YEAR of the card's expiration.
She is not tech savvy and has no past use of the Quickbooks payment site (I.e. so no cached files related to the payment site).
This may well be a bug of some sort?
We don't take card numbers over the phone due to past fraud and Quickbooks payments happy willingness to let dishonest people reverse charges without allowing us to demonstrate proof we provided service... so we are sort of stuck with this customer who is not able to be present in person so we can run her card manually and also cannot get the Quickbooks payment site to allow entry of her card's expiration date.
Please fix this?!
Hello there, @Mikes_RV_Towing. I want to ensure your customer can pay their invoice and enter all their card information.
To confirm we're on the same page, I'd like to verify if this only happens to one of your customers. And if they get the same result regardless of the credit card type? I would appreciate any additional details. This way, I can provide an accurate solution as to why they have no option to enter the credit card expiration date.
In the meantime, we can try performing a few troubleshooting steps to verify the cause of the issue. Your customer can try paying the invoice using a private browser. They can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one.
If your customer was able to pay the invoice and enter all card information, we can go back to the main browser and clear the cache. They can also use other browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
However, if the issue persists after performing the steps above, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate the root of the problem and why the issue keeps appearing.
To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
For future help, you can always visit our Help Articles hub for QBO in case you need some related references in managing your account and other related transactions.
