Your QBD version is outdated. I wouldn't recommend to install and run an outdated version on a supported Windows OS. Consider to reinstall your QBD 2016 in compatibility mode Win 7 on your Win 10. Don't forget to secure any *.QBW, *.QBM, and *.QBB files before uninstalling and reinstalling your QBD.
