Recently any invoice I print, weather it's our invoice printed from QB or it's a clients printed form the email, the logos are printing all messed up. Way oversized to where it's cropped and cut off.
It's be pretty disappointing if my clients are printing our invoices and seeing this.
Defeats the whole purpose of customizing your invoices, if your brand is jacked with. I have tried to download the tool-hub as suggested in another form, but it is not compatible with my operating system. MAC
Hi,
Please try going to: List, then templates. Double click on the template that is giving you trouble. From there go to Layout designer... (bottom of the box). Click on the logo box (where your logo is located). From there you should be able to resize the logo and make sure it is in the printable area. Once you have done that, on the bottom, click "ok" to accept the changes. If you are not happy or something happen, click cancel, you can restart, should you need to.
Should this be on more than one templates, you will need to to this to each one.
Have fun,
JOGO

I've had this same issue on a Windows laptop for over a year and no posted fix has worked. Any new ideas for how to fix on a Windows QB Desktop Pro 2020 version?
I can see you're trying to resolve a recurring printing issue in QuickBooks Desktop, @Frustrationgalore.
I'm here to help you rule this out so the company logo can be printed correctly.
Make sure to install the updated QuickBooks version. Then, connect your computer to the printer and install the printer software. Once done, follow these troubleshooting steps to check if your printer works well outside QuickBooks. You can do that by using a notepad.
Kindly refer to steps 2, 3, and 4 from this module for more information on what to do based on the result: Resolve printing issues in QuickBooks Desktop.
I'll also include this additional guide about handling printing errors: Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.
