However, if they forgot their email address, phone number, or user ID associated with the contractor's account, they can directly go to the QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE) sign-in page, click the Try something else, then scroll to the I lost access to my phone or email address section.
Once they regain access to their account, they can proceed to change or view their email address, phone number, and password from their profile located beside the Gear icon. It's also a great idea to add your phone number to help you receive verification codes from us for future sign-in attempts.
