Deposit speeds differ based on the payment method used. Credit card payments are deposited into your account within 2-3 business days, while ACH bank transfers may take 2-7 business days to process. Also, when you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, they will be deposited into your bank account the next business day. Payments processed after 3 PM PT will be in two business days.
For first-time users, payment processing can take up to 5 business days to set up your merchant account. You will be notified via email once the setup is complete and when you can start processing at normal speed.
Otherwise, if it’s beyond the timeframe, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Payment Support to track the payment or reach out to your bank to check the payment status and any additional steps needed.
