Desktop Enterprise Support

My Company recently purchased QuickBooks Enterprise suite under the impression we could transfer over our Data from Sage 50 Quantum. Which we were informed by sales and their website it could be done. After a week of our third party IT team working on it and going back and forth with QuickBooks, Intuit stated it cant be done and would have to be entered manually "This is Impossible for the amount of customers and transaction we have" I called to try and get support since Enterprise includes priority service, Tech support and training..... I was informed there is nothing they can do and would not be calling me to assist in any way and that it is not their responsibility. Why am i paying for a feature that is not included and also being told mis-information. This is misleading and false advertisement just to get you to buy their product. We are now out thousands that we had to pay to a third party IT company to try and get the data to transfer since we were told it could be. I will make sure to let all my customers and business that I work with know how Intuit is a money grab and leave you type of company. Offering support for a premium and then not following through is a disgrace

This isn't the kind of impression we want you to experience with our support team, @ChrisErb. I'm here to make it up to you.

You have the option to move your data over from Sage 50 Quantum to QuickBooks Desktop. However, there is some information that wouldn't convert, and those are:

  • Payroll transactions and employee year-to-date info (paychecks, year-to-date adjustments)
  • Payroll items used to calculate paychecks (hourly and salary payroll items, deductions, medical insurance, etc)
  • Individual employee wage or deduction information
  • Fixed Assets
  • Work tickets
  • Closed or partially closed Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Estimates

Once you're ready to convert your data, you can check out this article for the step-by-step process: Convert from Sage 50 to QuickBooks Desktop.

After the conversion, you can also read this article to learn how to start using QuickBooks Desktop: Get started with QuickBooks Desktop.

Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help. Thanks for dropping by, @ChrisErb.

Thank you for reaching out, We understand some information wont transfer over. But we are missing customers and transactions. We wanted to speak with tech support to hopefully get some assistance to get this resolved and hep with it. But i was told that since they do not support SAGE 50 Quantum that they would not be calling me. I didn't expect them to treat a Enterprise customer like this and refuse to call me to discuss possible solutions. We sadly will have to cancel out Intuit Enterprise edition before we even had a chance to use it because of the lack of support

@ChrisErb

Can't your third party IT company help convert your data? Do they have a data conversion team or just a technical staff to install QuickBooks?

They have a technical staff to install and assist. But we are getting errors and missing data which should be there. The point is we are paying for a premium service that should include assistance on how to fix this but they are not honoring this service

Our Third party is capable of installing and transferring the data. We are having errors and missing data which should be there. The problem is when we try to get intuit to help figure a solution they are refusing to call me to discuss even though we are paying for a premium service included with Enterprise. If they are not going to honor there service then they shouldn't offer it
