Desktop Enterprise training video loading problems

I watched the training video of Desktop Enterprise Module 3 and it won't finish.  The congrats window does not pop up.  It won't let me take the CPE test.  I restarted the computer, shut the pop up blocker off.  I even tried on another com

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting software. When taking the CPE training course, you'll need to take note that you can only use Chrome, Safari version 11 and later (Mac only), Firefox, or Microsoft Edge to take courses or exams.

I was using Microsoft Edge when it happened.  I then tried to take the test on firefox and chrome on the same computer.  Then I went to a different computer and used chrome.  The CPE test will not load from Module 3.

I was using Microsoft Edge when this happened.  I then tried on Chrome and firefox and the test won't load for Module 3.  When that didn't work, I changed to a desktop computer and tried on Chrome.  It is not the problem getting the certificate, the system won't let me take the test.

Let me provide you another workaround to fix the issue and complete your course.

 

First, let's check if your web browser is set to block pop-ups. This may be the reason why your training courses and exams are blocked. You can also temporarily turn this off to see if that fixes the issue. Follow the steps for your web browser:

 

 

If you're still getting the issue, add the ProAdvisor training webpage as a trusted. The Training tab in QuickBooks Online Accountant loads data from our ProAdvisor training website. If the tab doesn't load, it could be that the connection to the webpage is blocked. 

 

Simply follow the steps for your web browser:

 

 

If the issue persists, make sure that you have the latest version of Java installed for your web browser.

Thank you for your reply.  This morning I finished Module 4 and had no problems.  Weird?  I used the same computer and browser.  It is section 3 CPE test that does not load.

At this time, we have a reported issue where section 3 of the CPE Module Assessment for Advanced Inventory Self-Paced Module isn't accessible. Rest assured that we are diligently working on a fix.
