The email that is noted as the master administrator's is no longer available and I'm unable to change it to the correct one so that a request can be sent to get approval. Can you help me with this please?

Not true.
We bought a CPA practice a year ago, and still cannot get the primary admin changed for any of the QBD accounts. Have spent hours and days with promises of it being done, and we are still in the same starting position.
Is there anyone at Intuit who will actually get this fixed?

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:
Once the Action column is already available, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
If you're using the desktop version of QuickBooks and the Action section is unavailable, we can use the Verify and Rebuild tool to automatically fixes minor company file data issues.
To proceed, here's how:

I am changing accounting firms. I gave notice to the existing firm. They shut down my QB online account in like 5 minutes. I am locked out of payroll and the firm says that since they shut down my account that they cannot access my account. I cannot change the Master admin because the former accounting firm's accountant is still listed as primary admin. My action for my user type is limited to view user activity and I cannot delete the accountant because I am still listed as the Admin user type. This is utterly frustrating. Your help is appreciated.

If your QBO account is still active and your current Primary Admin refuses to transfer the role to your end, Intuit will not help resolve your dispute. As long as you can access your account as a Company Admin, you can migrate your data manually or purchase a third party service to do so.

After sending your request for changing the master admin of your QuickBooks account, you'll get an update via email with the status of this request when we complete our review. You can get an email from no_response@intuit.com.
If we approve your request, you can now use the email address you've provided us the next time you use QuickBooks. If not, try to check for any info that's still missing, fill out the form again and upload all of the required documents.
In case you haven't received any emails from us, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. They can check the status of your request in a safe and secure environment.
