Hi @Scooter8,
I appreciate you sharing detailed information about the issue on your end. I'm here to help you view your 1099-MISC in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
You must use the email address where your employer sent the invite to access forms for free. Your QuickBooks Self-Employed account has limited access for accessing 1099-MISC only.
We recommend using an incognito or private browser to avoid interruptions. You can log in and access your forms successfully without getting charged.
I have a link here you can check out to view the step-by-step process: Fill out a W-9 and view your 1099-MISC in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
It's your employer or client's responsibility to give you your 1099-MISC. If you're having problems creating a QuickBooks Self-Employed account, request a copy of the form directly from them.
There are times we forget our login credentials. I've attached an article you can visit to learn how to update or change your email address, user ID, password, and other information for your QuickBooks products: Update or change your Intuit Account login information.
Let us know if you still encounter problems downloading the forms using your Self-Employed account. We'll get back to you with a helping hand. Have a great day.
