Glad to have you here in the Community, @wendey.
Allow me to share some insights about how QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and TurboTax Self-Employed bundle handle your taxes.
The Tax Bundle gives you an easy way to send your Schedule C data to TurboTax so you can file your taxes for free. You'll just want to make sure you use the same username and password when logging in to both your QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed accounts. This is to ensure the sent service code will work.
If it still doesn't work, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again. They can further check on this matter and provide additional steps to get your taxes filed for free.
Everything you need to know about managing taxes in QBSE and how it calculates can be found in the following articles:
Should you need additional assistance getting your taxes filed for free in QBSE and TurboTax Self-Employed bundle, I'm available here to help any time! It’s nice to work with you, @wendey.
Having the same problem this year and have called four times, over two hours. No one knows what I’m talking about or how to help. Annoying this problem is still happening two year after this post. I have been able to do it with no problem during the last four years though, so I have no idea what’s changed for me. I’m beyond annoyed.
