How do I speak to someone live?

Although, you can follow these steps to enter a callback request and get help from one of our phone support agents: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Inform them what type of help you need, then click Let's talk
  4. Select Get a callback to reach out to one of our phone agents.

If I click on help there isn't a tab that says contact us. So what do I do?

How do I speak to someone live?

If you're unable to see the Contact us button, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Type Contact Us at the search box and then select Talk to a human
  3. Tap the Never mind option, and then choose I still need a human.
  4.  Lastly, click the Contact Us button and follow the steps outlined in the article above to continue.

If you're still having some issues in contacting our support team, we can perform some steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. Let's log in to your account using a private browser.

 

Here's how: 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once signed in, let's go back to the Help menu and check if the Contact us option is showing. If it works, go back to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers in accessing the tab.
