There are three different options on how you can receive online support from us, @devi-cancilleri-. These are the following:
- Community
- Message an agent
- Get a callback
If you wish to get help from businesses like yours and other users, you can always share your concern with us here in the Community. We are available to answer your inquiries 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
If you want to start a chat with one of our support experts, you'll have to select the Message an agent option from the Help menu. They are accessible from Monday to Friday every 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. Then, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Saturday. For the Advanced version of QuickBooks, you can contact them any time and any day.
If you need to talk to our support team, you can request a callback. From the Help menu, you'll have to select the Get a callback option. To make sure we address your concern on time, contact us within Monday to Friday every 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT. Then, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM every Saturday. The same goes for the Advanced version of QuickBooks above.
To request a callback to talk to one of our support. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select the Contact Us button.
- Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a call or Get a callback.
- Enter your contact information.
- Select Confirm my call.
