Hello,
The issue I'm having is that now that we switched our Online delivery option from Online Invoice to HTML (we like the set up and look more) now our connected gmail isn't showing as the sender.
When invoicing it says the gmail is connected and it will come out of our company chosen address but just sends as the QBO default address which we don't like
Which is odd to me because it still allows me to add CCs and BCs with HTML, so it's not like we can't manipulate addresses involved.
Is it just not possible to send invoice emails from your company gmail when using HTML delivery or is this a glitch?

Follow these steps to have a PDF copy of your monthly invoice sent to the email address associated with your account.
Choose Billing preferences on the navigation pane.
Select the Receive PDF Invoice by Email check box.
Choose Save preferences.
The monthly invoices are sent to the account's root user and the alternate billing contact. To edit the root user email address, see Editing Your Account name, root user password, and root user email address. To add or update the alternate billing contact, see Adding, changing, or removing alternate contacts.

Thank you for reporting this behavior, Jacob.
It would be best to reach out to our QBO Support, so they can check why the sender's email reverts back to the original after you set the online delivery to HTML. They have the tools on their end.

Let me know if you have any other concerns with your invoice. Take care and have a good one.
The good news is that you can send an invoice using any email program or platform. So, if you have a service that you prefer, you're welcome to use it. Invoices sent via email have several benefits over traditional invoices sent by mail. For one, invoices sent by mail can become lost or delayed.
