Hi there, @Amolesh.
I have some insights to share about importing custom templates in QuickBooks Online.
As of 29/06/2021, new QuickBooks Online accounts will no longer have access to the Import Styles feature inside of QuickBooks Labs. Existing accounts can still save and upload DOCX templates.
If you're using an old account, I'd recommend accessing your QBO on a private window and import the template from there. This mode doesn't save web searches and cookies.
Please refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
If you're now able to import the templates successfully, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files. Switching to other supported browsers can also help fix this issue.
If you're using a new account of QuickBooks, I'd recommend checking out for a third-party application to help import your templates.

Sorry, the issue is not solved, I have attached an image for your easy reference.
Pls see the image, the problem is not solved, the client is using the essential package.

Joining the thread to share some insights about this Import custom form styles option in QuickBooks Online.
Reading through your previous post, it looks like you are just trying to enable this feature. From the information we got from our Notifications Team, any company files who did not enable Import Styles from QBLabs on or before 6/24/2021 will no longer be able to activate it.
Any existing QBO companies who enabled this feature before the said date are currently not affected and will continue to have access. The Import Styles feature was disabled for newly created companies, and there are plans to completely remove this from all QBO companies in the future.
Otherwise, if you have this option enabled before and it had stopped working, you can continue working with our Support Team. They can check on this and create an investigation for a fix.

WHY IS THIS FEATURE BEING REMOVED? I NEED, WHAT IDIOT IN INTUIT TOOK THE DECISION TO REMOVE THIS FEATURE?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Intuit does not invest in professional looking invoices, the defaults are terrible. My invoices reflect my business and I need and want to be able to customize invoices and other templates, estimates, etc. Taking away this feature without offering any alternative isn't acceptable.
