Join nowMy company has brought a license for me QB Desktop Pro Plus for 1 user, annual. First I had QB installed on my computer, then IT purchased the license and put the number into the software. A few days later, I started working with QB and had to set up an account when I first started the software on my computer. During the set up, I hadn't been asked about the license etc - it just been pulled form the software, I suppose.
When I log into the QB account, it shows the correct license number as well as product number BUT.... it shows that my subscription will expire in a month (the license is for a year). Moreover, when I dig a little deeper, finding the info about the license on its own - the license number still agrees with the one that has been purchased by the IT dep, but here the product number differs?!
Moreover, the license purchase date is the date that I set up my account, but I know it has been purchased about 2 weeks ago.
I'm really confused here and need to straighten that out.
Login to CAMPS, find your license information in there and compare the codes with the installed QB Desktop on your machine.
Thanks, I'm already there. Looking all over the place :-)
The numbers there are the same as the one I got form the IT dep. So I'm good here. I've also figured out why the product numbers differ (one is for the license, the other for example for annual support etc). I'm not just sure why I got the info that my subscription will expire next month since it was bought about two weeks ago for a year?
Let me guide you on how you can review your billing information, aw2021.
With CAMPs, you can manage your subscription so you can double-check QuickBook's expiration date. To do this, you'll want to sign in to CAMPs.
Once you select any product or subscription, this lets you see more information that includes the renewal date and your product's status of whether it's active or not. Please read this article for more information: Manage Your QuickBooks Desktop Subscription And Services.
In addition, I've added these recommended articles in case you'll need some information: QuickBooks Desktop Articles.

Thank you! I've checked this place already Products & Services -> Detalis. Here, the license number as well as a renewal date are correct. They are the same I got from the IT department. So why, on my CAMPS main page it shows that my subscription will expire in a month? That's what I'm trying to understand. I've checked in my QB info file (F2), and I have my supervisor as a primary admin there. And as far as I know, HER subscription is about to expire. Would it be a cause for those two dates under my info to differ?
Good afternoon, @aw2021.
Thanks for reaching back out and letting us know some more information about this matter.
I would recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to double-check these details for you to be sure. Here's how:
It's that easy.
