Misaligned, distorted logo when printing invoices

I am trying to print an invoice from QuickBooks but every time I try to print the page the logo at the top of the page comes out distorted and misaligned with some text overlapping. Whenever I check the preview there error is not present and whenever I save the page as a PDF and print that PDF there is no error. It only happens when printing directly from QuickBooks. The issue is not present on any other computer. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Generally, alignment issues and distorted printouts are caused by damaged components of the program. To isolate this issue, you can install QuickBooks Tool Hub and then run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool utility.

 

This program is a collection of tools that can help resolve printing and emailing errors that a user might face while working in QuickBooks. For the best experience, we recommend using it on Windows 10, 64-bit. When you're ready, here's how to install QuickBooks Tool Hub:
 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install, then agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Once done, follow these steps to use the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool:
 

  1. In the tool hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Select QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
  3. It will take about a minute to run. Once the process is completed, click OK.
  4. Open QuickBooks again, then attempt to print the invoice again.

Can you perchance help me as well?

 

My logo is cutoff on the lower edge and the right edge. It appears 100% correct in print preview but no matter how large or small I make the logo it will not print correctly. 2nd level help has worked with me to no avail. Our phone call was abruptly cut off without warning.

 

I've heard that logos must be of a "square" configuration to work. Ours is not. It seems rather ridiculous that would be the case.

I have the same issue with our logo. Odd that it cuts off the bottom of the words and the right side of the logo. I will tell you something really weird. I emailed an invoice to myself and then downloaded it on my phone and printed it on the the same printer quickbooks is directly attached to and for some bizarre reason the logo printed perfectly. It just boggles the mind that we can't print the logo correctly directly from quickbooks invoices.

  1. Close QuickBooks.

  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Did you figure out how to fix the logo issue? My QB just started having issues randomly after a couple years of use.

Since you're still experiencing the same issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) support team. This way, they can investigate the matter further and provide a solution. Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Click Contact Us, then enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Hit Continue and sign in to your Intuit account.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
