Let me help and make sure your employee can view the pay stub.
Sometimes, a user encounters unusual behavior if there are any corrupted and outdated files stored on the computer. We can help your employee perform some troubleshooting steps to check if there are any underlying browser issues.
We can start by accessing the payroll invite link in a private/incognito browser. Use this keyboard shortcuts below to open a private/incognito browser:
If they're able to accept the invite without any errors, then that's good. They can go back and use their regular browsing window and clear some cache to eliminate the junk files.
You can also let them use other supported browsers. It could be that the one they're currently using has a temporary problem with QuickBooks Workforce.
Please leave a comment below if you still have other concerns about QuickBooks Workforce and payroll. I'll be here to check on your response. Have a great day!
It seems rather unlikely that the browser is corrupted in the same way on both devices, but I'll relay this info.
Any other advice for when this doesn't resolve?
Hi there, @bedashuman.
Thanks for getting back to us here in the Community. Allow me to chime in and help make sure this is taken care of for you.
If your employee is still getting the same issue after performing the steps shared by my colleague above, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting to fix this if necessary.
Here's how to reach them:
