First New Version of Quickbooks 2019, Will not Self Populate items on Invoices. Please fix this. Also What is with all of the Customer Information when Sync with Contacts? I am Missing A Bunch of address and Phone Numbers of Customer, So I am Missing ALL info! When I repopulate, it adds another Duplicate address in my Contacts. Common Intuit, Fix this, This is NOT a New Issue!

To start with, you'll have to update your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac to the latest release. This is to keep your software up-to-date so you always have the latest features and fixes while running QuickBooks.
Then, I suggest running the Verify and Rebuild Data Utilities to get this sorted out. The Verify Data utility identifies any potential data damage issues that might've caused items on the invoice won't populate. While the Rebuild Data utility repairs damaged data in your company file. Before this, you'll have to secure a backup copy of your company file.
To Verify data:
If you see “Your data has failed the integrity check” you need to rebuild your file. If there are no problems with your data, you’re done.

On the other hand, please know that the first time to sync your QuickBooks lists with Contacts, the program creates duplicate Contacts cards and places them in a new group. That's the reason it adds another double address in your Contacts. With this, you may want to consolidate those cards.

Over the Years, I have Seen this Issue before where sync'd contact information disappears, yet I have 3, sometimes 4 duplicate address, but nothing in quickbooks
QBD 2019 is outdated and if you still find any error, don't expect them to fix it anymore. Consider installing the trial version for QBD 2023 and check if you are still having the same problem.

The program will no longer receive any latest security patches and updates.
