Anybody have any idea how long the wait is for Inuit Chat? I've been sitting here for 10 min without a response. Happy to wait if it's working, but there's no indication it's even functional.

Currently, we're receiving high volumes of chat during this busy season. Thus, the wait time is longer compared to the normal season. Additionally, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday due to COVID 19. Rest assured, we will resume our normal support hours as soon as possible.
While we offer live chat as a way to get help, you'll want to utilize our free call-back service so that one of our representatives can contact you at your convenience. Can you also provide additional details about the issue you've encountered in QuickBooks? This way, the Community Team and other QuickBooks experts/users will be able to help you out.

Thanks KlentB, I actually did get a response, and then a phone agent, and then another chat agent. Got cut off 3 times and counting. Of course, there's no way for me to reach back out to these folks, since we're not given a way to do that. I'm now 3 hours into this problem and have missed two payroll deadlines. I'll try through chat again, since there really isn't any other option. Frustrated.
Trying to make a direct deposit but payroll pin not working

When you're trying to make a direct deposit, did you receive an invalid PIN error message? If so, let me provide the solution to resolve this:
If it's still not working, I'd suggest downloading the PIN request form. Then, send it for replacement. After sending the requirements your company's Payroll Administrator or Primary Principal can contact us to get the new PIN.

I paid for a service to a client and client returned the payment, the money still padding with quickbooks for 2 week, and you do not have chat or email the people can talk to you this is very sad and frustrating.

We do have a chat channel for you to reach one of our support people. They are available from 6 A.M to 6 P.M Pacific Time on Mondays to Fridays. If you have the Advanced edition, the support hours are available 24/7.
