I am reconciling my bank account. There is a payment on my bank statement, showing it was received from Intuit (someone paid an invoice that we sent out online). This payment is not showing up anywhere in Quickbooks. A few times, I have had to go in and manually deposit these payments, so I checked on the deposit screen, under Quickbooks Payments, and it's not there. I also ran a report for Invoices and Received Payments, but I don't see that amount. My bank statement does not show who it's from, so I have no idea how to track it down.
I appreciate you sharing your concern with us, klibvt.
Transactions that syncs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) depend on what your bank allows. In this case, you'll want to reach out to your bank to verify the payment and check the settings for these payments to show in your bank feeds.
In the meantime, you can manually add this deposit to the payment by following the steps in this article: How to Record Bank Deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Hello,
We have people use the invoices to pay online all the time, and it has always posted to the person's account. Occasionally, I don't know why but I assume it's a glitch, I get a message that says there are undeposited Quickbooks payments. When I see that, I go to the Bank Deposit screen and manually deposit them using the date they were deposited in our bank account.
But, this payment is only showing on our bank statement. It is not on the Bank Deposit screen, it's not in our Quickbooks bank registry. How do I find it in Quickbooks??
I want to make sure you can deposit the undeposited QuickBooks payments, @klibvt.
One of the possible reasons why the undeposited payments aren't showing in the Bank deposit screen is that the browser you're using had a data issue. To verify, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. Press this shortcut key on your keyboard to open a private browser:
Once logged in, go back and try to deposit the undeposited payments again to double-check. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
It's also possible that these undeposited payments are included in your previous deposit. You'll want to review the deposit transaction and make sure the payments aren't included.
