Has anyone seen this problem where for paying Bills, I am not seeing the option for "schedule payment" on QBO for only one of my several companies? It shows "Pay Bill" instead, which is something I don't want as it involves Bill.com
Good day, @italib.
Can you share with me a screenshot of your Pay bills window? From what I've seen on my end, the Schedule payment is still available. This way, I can compare it with my sample account and provide you with the right steps to accomplish your task.
Please add your details to this thread and I'll get back to you. Have a good one.
I appreciate your help. As you can see the option is to "Pay Bill Online" and not what I see in my other companies "Schedule Payment."

Thanks for getting back here in the thread, @italib.
Before anything else, I appreciate you providing more details so we can further understand your current situation. I'm here to provide an alternative to get you going and utilize the Schedule Payment option on the Vendor page inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Since the button isn't available on the Vendor page, you'll want to settle bills on the Pay Bills page. This way, you can schedule the payment to your preferred date. I'll gladly write down the steps and provide screenshots to get you going:
For visual reference, refer to the screenshot that I've attached.
Moreover, here's an article to help you manage bills inside QBO: Enter and manage bills and bill payments in QuickBooks Online.
@italib, please don't hesitate to post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns or need assistance accomplishing tasks inside the program. I'll be here, ready to help you out again. Take care, and have a nice day!
Thanks. The option to schedule payment is not there. Only to print checks option.
Is there any way to get rid of Bill.com? You will notice on the screenshot I sent that it says "Send payments with Bill Pay. Complete your account setup to unlock faster, easier payments
Complete Setup"
I do not want to be forced to use Bill.com
Another option, signup for a separate Melio account for free to integrate with QBO. You can use it to replace Bill.com to manage and pay your bills. A special perk for the month, you will get a $100 cashback from them to successfully complete your first payment on the platform of at least $200 with a credit card. T&C apply.

Hello there, @italib.
I'll help you remove the bill.com in your QuickBooks Online.
If it is a pop-up Let's start by clicking X or No, thanks to close a pop-up or an ad. There isn't a way to disable the prompts right now. These are intended to aid and direct users as they move around the software.
On the other hand, you can check if you have subscribed to bill pay.
Here's how:
If you have subscription, refer to this article for the steps to cancel the subscription: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.
Let me know if you have questions about bill pay in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
Yes, thank you for suggesting Melio. I am aware of it. The main question that I am struggling with and cannot seem to get an answer for is why is it that all my other 5 QBO's have an option for "Schedule Payment," except the QBO Advanced, which offers only "Pay Bill Online" and then takes you "Get Started" powered by Bill.com.
See screenshot (Get Started with Bill.com).
What I would like is to see the "Schedule Payment" option - See another screenshot taken from another one of my QBO
Thanks for returning to this thread and adding screenshots for additional reference, italib.
The Schedule Payment is available in QuickBooks Advanced. Since it's not showing on your end, performing the recommended troubleshooting steps below can help us isolate this behavior. It helps us to verify if it's a browser-related issue.
Step 1: Use an incognito window:
Step 2: Delete cache and temporary internet files. It optimizes the browser's performance. This will also help delete the information stored in the cache. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers in QBO.
Additionally, the exclusive bill pay services utilized by the QuickBooks Advanced version are powered by Bill.com and Melio's Bill Pay. Thus. you can follow the instructions provided by Melio and Bill.com for setting up and using their bill pay services within QBO. That way you'll be able to manage bill payments.
We're always here to help you if you have follow-up concerns. We'll be glad to offer additional help anytime. Stay safe
I signed up for QBO recently along with my BOA bank account - however when I go to my payments and invoicing tab on my BOA account i am sent to a Bill Pay pop-up which I cannot X or no thanks. I tried deleting my cookies and stopping my subscription to QBO but it is still happening. It is very frustrating. I was on the phone with BOA for an hour yesterday and the only thing that worked was using another browser which I do not want to do. I would like to talk to a QBO person but don't know how.
Thank you.
Thanks for joining the Community and getting involved with this thread, Realtydjm. I appreciate your detailed information.
Since you've already confirmed cookies/cached data isn't causing the Bill Pay pop-up you're encountering to not allow you to close or dismiss it, but did identify that you're able to close/dismiss your pop-up in other browsers, I'd initially recommend confirming that you're using a supported browsing application.
Here's a list of supported browsers:
You can also check a browser's compatibility with QuickBooks by utilizing our browser health checkup tool. QuickBooks supports the current and two previous versions of browsers. If you find that you're using an unsupported version, make sure to update it to its latest release. Steps for doing so can be found on the particular company's website.
I've also included a detailed resource about system requirements for QuickBooks which may come in handy moving forward: System requirements

Hello-
I have Microsoft Edge, not sure of the version.
The link to browser health check- up went to an error page.
Is there a way I can talk to someone.
I have tried chat (no help), this community. I canceled my subscription to see if that would help. It didn't because I had paid for a month. I am thinking of upgrading but need to know that there is more help available,
Thank you.
