The following link provides a route for you to reach the QuickBooks Support Team outside of the actual QB platform: Contact QuickBooks Support. i have the same issue and supports response is absolutely abhorrent here in the community. if you can't login to your account due to what is obviously a QBO issue, then how are you supposed to interact with support within the program.

If it's not working during their available hours, log in to your QBO account in a private browser to isolate this behavior. An overloaded browser can cause problems while doing tasks in QBO.
If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache and browsing history. It gives your browser a fresh start. Another thing that you can do is switch to other supported web browsers.
