I would like to try and make the fonts bigger WHEN PRINTING.
I highlight the text and try and change it that way but it is not working.

Once done, open or create an invoice. From the Template drop-down, select the template you've created.

Did you try on Lists > Tempates > [your invoice template] ?
can you provide images along with this description for each step? rarely do I find the description matching the steps on QuickBooks online. is it "lists" or "all lists" cannot locate templates. i just need to change font size on outgoing PDF invoices.

1. Go to the Lists menu, then choose Templates.
2. Locate and double-click to an existing template. (Click New from the Templates drop-down to create a new one.)
3. A window will appear. Tap the Change Font... option.
