Printing Price Rules

I'm happy to see you again here in the Community, @Melissa016.

At this time, QuickBooks Online isn't able to print the price rules with the list of clients selected on it. You may take a snap of the list so you can have a copy of it or manually take note of it and print it afterward.

I can see the convenience of being able to print this information for your business. Know that our developers are always considering new features to be added to the system to cope with our customer's needs.

I'd encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Online Blog site regularly to stay in the loop with our product updates and road-maps.

Let me know if you have any other concerns, @Melissa016. I'm always here to help. Keep safe!

It would be a nice feature to add! :)

How can we keep this request going so that developers know this is of interest to more than one user? Being able to print out the price rule details (especially for the product list, which has over 300 items for us), would be extremely beneficial.

Hey there, @Tiffany Crabtree.

Our developers based the added features based on the number of requests they received from customers like you. The more request they will get, the likely it'll be implemented in the future.

If you haven't sent your product suggestion yet, please follow these steps to add one.

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then click Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions and select Next to submit feedback.

Your valuable feedback goes straight to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Firm of the Future site from time to time. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.

If you have any other concerns, feedback, or questions, don't hesitate and come back to the Community. I'm always here to help you. Have a great day.

You would think having the ability to have a tangeble physical price list is a no brainer. There are many reasons for this such as for example when you have a roaming member of staff who needs immediate info to give to a customer. But QBO has quirks that are beyond me sometimes; if their phone apps where more intuitive then maybe it could be accepted but it is not. End Rant...

As a workaround in QBO you can go to 'Products and Services' and click on the icon to the left of the 'settings cog wheel' which looks like a 'sheet of paper with an arrow going to the right'. This should automatically download the 'Products and Services' list. Open it in excel. Delete whatever coloums you do not need. What you should be left with will be your Item Description and Sales Price. Do a bit of tidying and Print.

It is fiddlely but until QBO wake up this is what I have found to be the most efficient way.
