I have some troubleshooting steps for you to view your paychecks in your account swiftly. Such that you can review and print your paystub anytime.
Let's reset your QuickBooks Workforce password to resolve the problem. Let me show you how.
- Go to the QuickBooks Workforce sign-in page.
- Enter your Email or User ID and Password in the box.
- If you received an error, click the I forgot my user ID or password hyperlink on the bottom part.
- Enter your phone number, email or user ID in the field.
- Check the code and type it in the box.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once logged in, select Paychecks and choose the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time. For the complete steps, check out this article: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce.
