QB Desktop 2022 Print & Preview Not Working

Starting yesterday, I have not been able to print or preview any statements, reports, or anything else for my company. I previously had QB 2017, the issue started there, then upgraded to the newest version of 2022, and the issue persists. I’ve been in chats all night last night with QB Support, using the Glance download for them to see what the issue is exactly. Nothing has corrected my problem. As a small business owner, it is becoming increasingly important that this issue get resolved soon. Any help would be great.

QB Desktop 2022 Print & Preview Not Working

Let me share some steps that can help you print and preview your transactions.

 

First, please make sure that you have an Adobe reader compatible with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Next, run the QuickBooks Print & Print Repair Tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. The QuickBooks Tool Hub helps fix common errors.

 

Here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). 
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

QB Desktop 2022 Print & Preview Not Working

Hi @Jhawk21 , 

 I've also experienced that, I can't print, preview or customize my invoice template. What I did is, uninstall and reinstall my Quickbooks.
