If you have other QuickBooks Online companies that have the same login credentials, you can change the log in details to a different one before we cancel your account.
Here's how to update your login details:
- Log in to qbo.intuit.com.
- Select your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
- At the upper-right, click the Gear icon and select Intuit account.
- Click the Sign in & security menu.
- Select User ID to edit and do the same thing for the Password.
