Which QB Desktop year version do you have?
You can buy QBD 2024 release today. Another option, if you don't mind to use the trial version of QB Desktop Windows, you can run it on Parallels for good if required.
Which QB Desktop year version do you have?
it is crashing even before opening completely. How can you go on help?
The same question. Which QB Desktop year version do you have?
Have you tried the workaround as I mentioned on QBD 2021 or 2022?
If you are running QBD 2023, update your program. They have released the patch around 6 hours ago.
i am having QB2019
QBD 2019 is outdated and I am not sure they will release any patches any longer. Consider immediately installing the trial version of QBD 2023 to upgrade your data file. You may have time to consider the option of whether to purchase a new subscription license for QBD 2024 this week OR run a trial version of QB Desktop Windows for good on Parallels OR convert your data to QB Online or another cloud based accounting app.
When can we expect an update for QuickBooks Desktop Mac 2021 to work with macOS Sonoma?
QB 2019
I understand upgrading to 2023 fixes the issue, so downgrading to Ventura.
Intuit still hasn't fixed 2019 and if their decision is to not provide a patch for a four year old software so be it....let that speak for itself.
This happened to me as well.
Please add me to those having this issue.

QBD mac 2021 trial version is not opening in Sonoma
We are aware of the challenges when using QuickBooks on the new macOS, Shasta View Chevron
Like any other application, QuickBooks for Mac can encounter compatibility issues when a new operating system is launched. The 2021 version of QuickBooks was developed before the release of this new OS, so it may experience challenges in running smoothly on it.
Intuit is actively working on creating compatibility patches for all supported versions of the software. We will publish updates on this as soon as changes happen.
Feel free to check out these additional resources in case you need them when installing the trial version once the new OS is supported:
We appreciate your patience while we're working on this. Don't hesitate to visit us again in the forum if you need anything else.

When I try to print any PDF, the only things that prints is:
The Company Name
Date
Then 2 horizontal lines across the page
followed by 2 more heavier horizontal line across page near end.
Thats is.
If if produce and copy a pdf screen shoot, with Snagit I can print it.
My phone is:

How to contact you in private
Thank you can you explain how to ise 2021
QBO is still not printing reports. Only prints company name and date, then some horizontal lines.
Even when I save it as a PDF, when I go to print - same thing.
Very Frustrating!
Called Intuit yesterday and they provided No Update. Just said they are working on it. It’s been a week now … ???
I thought the online version was the most current, up to date, blah blah blah. For the premium they charge, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
Other than exporting to excel or printing from a screenshot, anybody else have a work around or have an update on this matter.
Thanks in advance!
I am having the same issues with printing
Hello there.
I'll help you troubleshoot the printing issue with Sonoma.
The stored files in your browser are typically the source of unexpected behavior or failures in QBO. Your cache saves the files from many websites you visit, so you can quickly load the pages the following time. The browsing speed of websites like QBO may be impacted if the cache is retaining too much data.
It's a good idea to check for issues brought on by a full cache when browsing anonymously because doing so prevents the cache from recording your browsing data. You may also try to use other browsers.
If the steps above will not work, you can use supported browsers as an alternative.
If the given procedures are successful, I advise you to clear the cache in your browser to avoid utilizing outdated forms, safeguard your data, and improve the performance of our programs on your computer.
If the issue persists, as a workaround, you can print an invoice using Adobe Acrobat reader and print as image. Also, access your QuickBooks Online account on a windows computer and print invoice.
I'm also adding this article about troubleshooting printing issues in QuickBooks Online: Troubleshoot printing problems in Safari.
For future reference, you can also read this article about running reports: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to click the Reply button below if you need further assistance in printing invoices in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
I cleared the cache yesterday and again today - no change.
This has something to do the Sonoma update. Absolutely no issues prior, but now nothing prints correctly.
