QuickBooksAutoDataRecovery Folder

My QuickBooksAutoDataRecovery folder is huge.  Is it safe to remove files with .old and .old1 extensions?

QuickBooksAutoDataRecovery Folder

Hello there, TCGPete.

Yes, removing the .old and .old1 extensions are safe as long as you make sure to have the current or new Auto Data Recovery folder on your end. It is recommended to have the QuickBooks Auto Data Recovery folder to have a copy of your files.

Before you remove the files, make sure to have the new one first. This folder will keep all the data from your book.

Please get back to me by adding a comment below if you have something to figure out with your book. I'm here to help. Take care!
