To import your data from Quicken into QBO, you first need to export your Quicken data into a CSV file format. If you encounter problems converting your file, I recommend contacting the Quicken Support Team. They can recommend which file format to use.
Once the file is ready, import it into the program. Here's how:
- Log in to QBO.
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Import Data.
- Select the type of list that you want to import.
- Click the Browse button and look for the .csv file.
- Tap the Open button and select Next.
- This action will open the Map data page.
- Use the dropdown menu to map the fields and choose Next.
- Review all the entries that you're going to bring into the program.
- Press the Import button.
