Sometimes when I am working on QB, the program will turn all black and white, which prevents me from seeing what I am doing (see attached picture). I have to log out of the program and then log back in to fix this. What is going on and how do I prevent this from happening? It probably occurs a few times a month.

There are recommended solutions when your QBDT screen turns all black and white that prevents you from seeing the information needed.
You can start by running the Quick Fix my Program tool from the QuickBooks Tools Hub. The latter helps fix common errors. To do this, you'll first have to download and install the QuickBooks Tools Hub. Here's how:
