Another lousy suggestion. I replaced the acct. with a new one got it activated and -hit Books still will not complete shipping just out of the blue. Ploy to buy updated version probably!

I just had this come up on a call today. Our solution is delete the storage folders for shipping manager, a complete uninstall of every instance of QB and a fresh reinstall of the current version (make sure to match exactly with host computer) and then reset up the Shipping manager.

Any update here?? Is this fixable? Just ran into this today when trying to which over my shipping to UPS. Currently running Enterprise 15.0 version.

I tried this and it did not fix the problem.
It is very clear the problem comes from the UPS server, because ship FedEx does not have this error. Both UPS and FedEx used to work the same way, now only FedEx works. I just do not know who to contact at UPS to fix this problem.

Apart from the Tool Hub, ensure your QuickBooks Desktop is up to date. This ensures that your software is up to date and that you can use the product without trouble. If the issue persists after updating, you can use the Repair tool. This is also an effective method for fixing any program-related errors in QuickBooks (such as the Shipping Manager error message).
