When switching from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), not all data and history will transfer seamlessly. While most of the financial data, such as transactions, accounts, and balances, can be transferred, there are certain limitations to keep in mind. To better understand how your books will be moved, I recommend checking out this article: Learn how features and data move from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.

You can check this article for more information about what can and cannot be when you convert: Get more info about what data does and doesn't export from QuickBooks Online.
