In QuickBooks, you have two options to pay your state taxes. You can pay your taxes using our electronic services, or pay it directly to the state agencies.
To pay taxes electronically, you'll have to enroll in our electronic services first to activate them. See Enroll to e-file and pay taxes electronically for more details.
Should you manually pay your taxes directly to the states, you still need to record a tax payment made outside Intuit, See Recording prior tax payments for more details.
Should you need to speak with our live agent, you can get through us by
clicking the Help icon from your QuickBooks Online account.

Hi elmachining,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about paying OR employment taxes concerns you had yesterday. Was it resolved?
Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
