my bank balance is showing 0.00. Our actual balance is over $300,000. I just spoke with our bank.

My balance was correct earlier today & I just rebooted.

 

Can you please check this for us?

There are several factors your bank register balance in QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn’t match your actual bank balance. Below are some reasons that balances may differ:

  • New transactions for a connected account
  • Outstanding transactions
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Edited or deleted transactions
  • Credit card (liability) account

To get around this, you’ll want to check your bank statement and ensure you’re reconciling the right account for the right month. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Select Reconcile.
  3. Review the account you selected in the Account drop-down arrow.

Furthermore, if you wish for us to check it for you, I recommend reaching out to our Support team. There, they can utilize the right tool to check your account securely and investigate the reason for the balances to differ.

I need to speak to someone - there appears to be NO HUMANS??? I was just over charged for an ACH deposit since they started charging the percent to do a next day deposit (that was never approved) 

Looking for another software company - who offers actual assistance to a paying customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't you think I have tried that?

I do not have those options- 

It says Channel is currently Closed- 

This is absolutely the worst customer service ever- I will be contacting the BBB if someone doesn't give me a number to call.  QB over charged us and we have no way of disputing it or discussing it

I have been trying for months to cancel my Quickbooks Payroll .  I started in January using a payroll service so have tried for hours to cancel this subscription.  I was billed for another year but I have not wanted this service.  Please cancel and refund my balance.  I have tried through your difficult website to no avail.

Before anything else, make sure you have access to your QuickBooks Online account as Master Administrator or Company Administrator.

 

To cancel your payroll subscription, here's what you need to do:

 

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
  5. Fill out the online cancelation form to complete your cancelation.

 

You'll receive an email confirmation within 3 business days once we have reviewed your cancellation request and another once your cancellation request have been completed. You can check out this article for more information about canceling your QuickBooks Payroll subscription.
