Hi Team
Today a strange warning message appeared when I was trying to loging to QBs. The warning message was, "you have two days left to access QB desktop". And then for a few minutes it did not allow me to login. After some time and refresh I was able to login. But the concern is what this message is about, will the QB be inaccessible after 2 days? and should we take any action?
Please suggest.
Thanks
I'm capable of providing a detailed explanation regarding the warning, Basanti.

Hi,
I did check and the licenses are active till October 2024.
when I login to QBs today it gave the same error message with a difference of one day left. I am not able to understand the impact of this issue. Any suggestions.

Open your company file and navigate to Help > Manage My License > Sync License Data Online.
Exit QB and run QB again. If the same problem persists, uninstall QB and reinstall it.
