Wow. I guess QB Online isn't like Desktop. Seems pretty bad as you can't tell what company a page of a report is from. I suppose that is why QB Desktop has printed the company information at the top of each report page since the last century.
Is this a feature that is coming?????? SUUUUPER frustrating to not have any indicator as to which company it is on the 2nd page.
Hi sbcoachingllc!
Good news! The feature to include the report header on each page has been added already. Let me show you how to use it:

This is great for reports!! But I am trying to print the header on the 2nd page of an Invoice, which is still not an option as far as I can see. Any chance there is a trick to that?
Hello again, @sbcoachingllc.
This time, the option to print the invoice header on the 2nd page is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

This must have been updated as some of our reports are now printing the full header on all pages of a report. How can I make this happen on all reports?
You'll need to check the Repeat page header checkbox to ensure the header appears on all report pages, Shari. Let me explain the further.
The Repeat page header option is available in both Standard and Custom reports. Although there isn't a universal setting to apply it to all reports, once you enable this option, the system automatically recognizes it and pre-fills the selection the next time you print or save a report. I'll add an image for visual reference.

Wow! QuickBooks Desktop has had the ability to print the header on multi-page invoices for about 35 years. Before that, the QuickBooks DOS version did so as well, from a time before Windows! I believe the last of the woolly mammoths had just died out.
But I guess it would just be too hard for QuickBooks Online to support it. Poor feeble QuickBooks Online. Bereft of even the ability to print normal multi-page invoices. So sad.

How's that going for you? It's been five years. Are you still trying? 'Cause not much has happened...
